چکیده
Weeds as reservoirs for destructive plant pathogens have a significant impact on the viral epidemiology, ecology and, result, local economy, and are therefore being investigated in many parts of world. Thus, aim this study was to investigate virus occurrence red dead-nettle plants (Lamium purpureum L.) widespread urban field conditions throughout Kyiv region Ukraine. Methods. Field crop observations, visual diagnosis, biological testing virus, immunoassay (ELISA), polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (RT-PCR), sanger sequencing partial genome sequences PVX, PVY, PVS, PVM. Results. The results obtained indicate that Lamium could be alternative weed hosts number important diseases including potatoes other vegetables. Serological molecular test evidence were infected by Potato X, Y, M, S L. species can serve potential source inoculum wide range vegetables ornamentals. This is first report naturally M central Europe. Conclusions. These host mixed infection viruses belonging different families: Alphaflexiviridae, Betaflexiviridae Potyviridae.

Viruses Infecting Reptiles
A large number of viruses have been described in many different reptiles. These viruses include arboviruses that primarily infect mammals or birds as well as viruses that are specific for reptiles. Interest in arboviruses infecting reptiles has mainly focused on the role reptiles may play in the epidemiology of these viruses, especially over winter. Interest in reptile specific viruses has conc...
متن کاملGiant viruses infecting algae.
Paramecium bursaria chlorella virus (PBCV-1) is the prototype of a family of large, icosahedral, plaque-forming, double-stranded-DNA-containing viruses that replicate in certain unicellular, eukaryotic chlorella-like green algae. DNA sequence analysis of its 330, 742-bp genome leads to the prediction that this phycodnavirus has 376 protein-encoding genes and 10 transfer RNA genes. The predicted...
متن کاملViruses infecting bivalve molluscs
Bivalve molluscs are filter feeders and as a consequence they may bioaccumulate in their tissues viruses that infect humans and higher vertebrates. However, there have also been described mortalities of bivalve molluscs associated with viruses belonging to different families. Mass mortalities of adult Portuguese oysters, Crassostrea angulata, among French livestocks (between 1967 and 1973) were...
متن کاملFirst Report of Marginal Scorch Infecting Indigowoad Root in China
During 2015, marginal scorch symptoms were detected in the production base of indigowoad rootin Hubei, China. On the basis of morphological features and 18S rDNA sequences, the pathogen was identified as Cladosporium sp. Koch’s postulates were fulfilled by pathogenicity tests on potted indigowoad root seedlings. To our knowledge, this report is the first of marginal scorch on indigowoad root ca...
